Safe Havens

Objective: To provide secure, supportive housing for women and their children escaping domestic violence, trafficking, and homelessness, offering a pathway to long-term stability and independence.
Impact: Safe Havens will offer women a refuge from dangerous situations, giving them the safety and time they need to rebuild their lives. With integrated services and housing, survivors will have a stable foundation from which they can gain employment, improve their mental health, and ultimately transition into permanent housing.

Transitional Housing
Provide safe, temporary housing for survivors, offering both short-term emergency stays and longer-term housing until they find permanent solutions.

24/7 Support
Ensure that trained staff and volunteers are available around the clock for emotional support, guidance, and assistance with immediate needs.

On-site Services
Offer access to therapy, legal assistance, health services, and job training at the shelter to reduce barriers to recovery and reintegration.

Life Skills Training
Provide workshops on budgeting, cooking, household management, and safety planning to equip survivors with the skills necessary for independent living.

On-site childcare and educational resources for children, with a focus on healing from trauma and academic success.
